Blue Cross Blue Shield

Please note that our office is only in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans and coverage varies from plan-to-plan. Be advised that some policies decline to cover the cost of a full evaluation. In these cases, it falls to the patient to cover any remaining balance out-of-pocket.

Please note that even some in-network PPO plans may not cover our testing services if the insurance company does not view the need for evaluation as medically necessary. This is often the case with Blue Shield of California policies.

Be aware that some Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas (TX), Illinois (IL), and Oklahoma (OK) plans do not cover the full cost of testing. Instead, they will cover roughly one-third of the total evaluation cost. In such cases, the remaining balance not paid by insurance is the responsibility of the patient.

Cigna Healthcare

We are currently accepting patients with Cigna PPO plans. Cost will vary depending on your coverage, but our office is happy to check your benefits and discuss your plan's coverage for our services. Please be advised we are not in network with any HMO plans through this provider.

United Health Care

Our office is network with both PPO and HMO plans under UHC. Please be advised that any branch-off plans not directly billable through the United Healthcare Mental Health Provider Portal are not being accepted at this time. Such plans include, but are not limited to: UMR, GEHA, Harvard Pilgrim, and other subsidiaries.

Cash Pay or Out of network insurance

Cash-pay services are available to all patients. Fees typically range from $3500 to $4000, depending on the patient’s age and the scope of testing required. Patients using out-of-network insurance will be provided with an itemized superbill, which may be submitted to their insurance carrier for potential reimbursement.
