Practicum applicants​

​

In this role, students will gain an understanding of the inner workings of our clinical practice and learn about the differing protocols and tests we administer. You will also learn to create, maintain, and organize patient charts, filing, and assist with office maintenance and organization. Prior clinical or research experience is not required for Practicum applicants and those who apply will be considered with an emphasis on potential, professionalism, and readiness to learn rather than extensive prior experience.

Practicums are unpaid and students should expect around 10-24 hours a week Tuesday-Thursday.

Post-Doctoral Fellowship applicants

​​

Post-doctoral applicants are evaluated based on advanced clinical competence, professional maturity, and specialization goals. Doctoral and post-doctoral positions work closely with Dr. Taylor and patients assisting with clinical interviews, test administration, and report writing. This role requires excellent focus, organization, responsibility and autonomy.

 

Post-doctoral and graduate students can expect 20-30 hours weekly, as they will further assist on summaries and reports outside of office hours. We are in office Tuesday-Thursday by appointment.

  • Doctoral Training and Internship Completion- Completion (or pending completion) of an APA/CPA-accredited doctoral internship.

  • Clinical Competence- Depth of experience in neuropsychological assessment and related clinical activities.

  • Specialization and Career Goals- Clear articulation of specialty interests and how this fellowship supports licensure and board-eligibility goals

  • Professionalism and Independence- Strong written communication, ethical awareness, and readiness for increased responsibility and autonomy.​

  • Fit With Supervision Model- Alignment with the structure, expectations, and scope of our post-doctoral training.​​​
